• How can the terminal play movie files?
The terminal supports .mpg format files and the size is 320X240. Need to download a player which is about 6M. Make sure you have no less than 10M memory space. If SD card is used, copy the .mpg files to the card.
1)Create folder in U-Disk: \bio\arm-f\mp3\a.mpg
2)Main Menu->U-Disk Operation->Imp data->Imp Multi-media.

• Why isn’t it any voice notice when terminal starts and terminal restarts later?
Check whether the terminal is upgraded. Failed upgrading may cause this problem. When copy files from U-Disk, some file is not completely copied.

• Why does terminal always restart when a determined staff has attendance check?
Staff info has problems or the photo is too big.Check whether the device service program is able to compress the photo size or not. Or export this staff photos and check it. Or make a new photo for this staff and download it to terminal.

• How can I save photographs in to SD Card?
1)Enter main menu->Advanced Setting->Expand->Medium of Saving Pic->SD
2)Enter main menu->Advanced Setting->Expand->Format SD
3)After formatting, enter [View]-[Memory Space] to check the memory space.

 •  What can I do when you forget password of terminal manager?
1)If know the terminal’s IP load a manager to the terminal by the software.
2)Select a staff in [Basic Info]-[Staff] of managing soft (Well Managing System). Get the staff ID of this staff; set a password for him/her and tick the Device-Manager box in the right part of the window.
3)Go to [Equipment Management]-[Data Exchange]-[Write (Staff/Pic/FP)] to upload staff info to the terminal.
4)Login with this staff’s ID and password. Press [Menu] and type staff ID, then press [OK]. Press [#/.] to input pass word and press [OK].

• How can I change the main interface of the terminal?
1)Create folder in U-Disk: \bio\arm-f\wes\
2)Change the name of pic to main.jpg，and size is 320x240.
3)Main Menu->U-Disk Operation->Import Data->Import Picture.

• How to setup the supervisor number?
By default, the supervisor number is ‘0000’.To set the supervisor number, do the following steps:
Enter Menu → select (6)Advanced, → select (4)Validate Admin, → select (2)Supervisor No.
HT PRO can only display up to 15 digits for Super Number.
Note:- Never use the ‘.’ Character for the Supervisor Number, you can save the password but you won’t be able to log-in to the menu.

• How to Upload Images and Mp3 Music for playing slideshows?
HT PRO can display images with background mp3 format sound. This can be used for advertising and announcements. Using flash disk / Thumb drive. In your flash drive,
create the following directory:

All the images should be saved in the adplay folder; all background music should be saved in the mp3 folder. Images should be in jpg format with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels and having the filename format of a1.jpg, a2.jpg…. Mp3 files should have a filename format of a1.mp3, a2.mp3…
Insert the USB flash drive in the USB port of the HT-PRO and do the following steps:
Enter Menu → select (5)U–DISK, → select (5)Res. Tra. In.
1.Tra. In Brochure to upload the images from the USB drive to the HT-PRO,select
2.Tra. In Backmusic to upload the background sounds from the USB drive to the HT-PRO.
HT-PRO will be playing and displaying the sound and picture files in cycle when nobody is using the system.

• How to restore to factory settings
Enter Menu → select (8)Sys. Maintenance, → select (3)Factory Default
All archives, records, logs will be deleted and all system settings will be restored to factory settings.
Note: Supervisor number will be reset to ‘0000’.

• Alarm system does not work in test?
   Check if the battery is installed correctly and B2 in right  side. 

• Cannot move the button?
   Be sure to press down it before move.

• False alarm by strong wind?
   Move B1 to right to be into Sleep/Swimming status.

• Keep alarming after swimming when activate the system?
   Water has not calm down, be sure to activate system after the water calms down.

• No alarm when droping object in the pool?
   Check the submersible sensor tube into water lever 10cm deep, or weight of the object.

• My alarm involve solar power, but it doesn’t work?
   The battery is not charged, please charge it before use.

• I want to battery-power the alarm instead of solar power, if it is ok?
   Ok.It is necessary to install the dry battery in case no sunshine.

• I use the alarm system indoor, but no sunshine, how to power?
   Use dry battery(6 x LR20 1.5V size D) to power.

• I do not want to drill hole on my pool, how to do?
   Place alarm edge of the pool side.

• Unconscious of alarm dropping into water for long time, what to do?
   Turn off the system and let it dry at first, and test it before start to use.

• One receiver works with more main units, or one transmitter works with more receivers, if it is ok?
   Yes.

• My receiver can not get the signal, what to do?
    C heck if the receiver is installed on metal objects, or something weaken the signal.
